2010: 360 Financial Vision Promotion 1 Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion commences Saturday, May 1st 2010 and concludes on Thursday September 30th, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).  Information on how to enter and the nature of prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions by each entrant.

2. Prize offer is only available to new clients of 360 Financial Vision. Existing clients are not deemed eligible to enter the draw.

3. To enter and be eligible to win a prize, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, provide taxation or financial planning work for completion to 360 Financial Vision between 1^st May and 30^th September 2010 and mention this promotion. On mention, eligible entrants names, addresses, phone and Email particulars will be taken and placed in the draw.

4. Each eligible entrant is limited to one entry in the promotion draw. Any subsequent entry after the first valid entry received from an entrant will be invalid.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. 

6. The prize draw will take place at 10:00am on 8^th of October at the Coffs Harbour office of 360 Financial Vision (ABN 79 355 879 689) of 8 Dalley Street, Coffs Harbour NSW.  Phone (02) 6651 5999. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or Email. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter.  Judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes: There are only two (2) winners to this promotion. The first and second entries randomly drawn from all entries received will each win one (1) $500 voucher, of their own choice at participating retailers, redeemable at the following participating retail outlets: Wow Sight & Sound, Super Cheap Auto, B.C.F. (Boating, Camping, Fishing), Amart All Sports, Bunnings Warehouse, Kmart and Mi Time Day Spa.

8. The vouchers are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use (including any terms and conditions of the retailer of chosen voucher) and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

9. The total maximum prize pool value is $1,000 (Recommended Retail Price including GST). Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

10. If for any reason any prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a similar prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winners in lieu, subject to any written directions given under applicable legislation.

11. To the extent permitted at law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with taking any prize or using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

13. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit or for any delay in delivery of prizes.

14. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.  The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name, and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
